I wanted to recognize the excellent service Jessica Kausalik provided. She helped me secure [Hubbardton] Forge lamp shades I have been trying to track down for the last three years. She coordinated calls with the factory, sent a follow-up note to the house and kept me informed of the shades arrival. She was so extremely attentive and helpful! It was so nice to work with someone who obviously realized the importance of service. Not only do you have great staff but your showroom is beautiful.
