Returns are allowed on in store accessories for 30 days, provided items are in re-sellable condition. Lighting fixtures purchased from displays are allowed for 15 days, provided all parts are intact and the fixture is in re-sellable condition and have not been installed. Exterior fixtures are not returnable once they have been installed. All products are covered by the manufacture’s warranty. All items that are not in store and/or in stock require a 100% deposit. These are considered Special Orders and these orders are not placed until a deposit is tendered. Special Orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee maybe waved or reduced in special circumstances at the discretion of Lighting Solutions management and will be handled on a case by case basis. Internet sales are generally considered Special Orders unless it is a stock item. If we have made a mistake in ordering your light bulb, it may be returned. If you give us inaccurate information in ordering your light bulb, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please see our Bulb Ordering guide for more information.
