At Lighting Solutions, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SPECIAL ORDERS / INTERNET SALES / RETURNS:

Returns are allowed on in store accessories for 30 days, provided items are in re-sellable condition. Lighting fixtures purchased from displays are allowed for 15 days, provided all parts are intact and the fixture is in re-sellable condition and have not been installed. Exterior fixtures are not returnable once they have been installed. All products are covered by the manufacture’s warranty. All items that are not in store and/or in stock require a 100% deposit. These are considered Special Orders and these orders are not placed until a deposit is tendered. Special Orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This fee maybe waved or reduced in special circumstances at the discretion of Lighting Solutions management and will be handled on a case by case basis. Internet sales are generally considered Special Orders unless it is a stock item. If we have made a mistake in ordering your light bulb, it may be returned. If you give us inaccurate information in ordering your light bulb, returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please see our Bulb Ordering guide for more information.

INSTALLATIONS & RATES:

.$140 per hour for TWO technicians. It is our experience that most installations require two technicians and in most instances cost less per hour than a single technician. $95 per hour for ONE technician in instances where only one is required. All billing is on a Time & Material basis and is billed Portal to Portal.
ALL INSTALLATIONS ARE BILLED SEPARATELY & INSTALLATION IS NEVER INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

DESIGN SERVICES:

In store consultations by our staff is a free service. For your larger projects, or for personal design services, we charge $75 per hour for our personal lighting design professionals. A trip charge of $38 is assessed for all first time site design visits. Please contact Sarah Barendse to set up an appointment for professional services.

Billing:

In rare instances where there is a balance remaining on undelivered product, all balances must be satisfied prior to delivery. Installation services are billed separately and must be settled within 36 hours of completion. Design fees are billed separately and are due when services are rendered. Credit accounts are billed on a 30 day period.
